Lovely detailed pen and ink print hand signed by artist Jerry Miller. It is professionally framed in a slate blue frame with wire on the back for hanging. The subject of this piece is the lovely, old architectural building of the Robeson Country Day School in Red Springs, North Carolina, USA. This building from the 1800's was previously known as the Flora Macdonald College (a woman's college founded in 1896) and then Vardell Hall School.
Jerry Miller of Cary, North Carolina, is known regionally for his detailed pen and ink drawings of NC town history. He was trained and practiced as an architectural draftsman and has created his architectural artwork for Duke University, Colonial Williamsburg, private collectors and municipal governments around the region.
